> Quilcene’s very special connection to the annual Farm Tour this year is CHRIS LLEWELYN, the Grand Marshal of the 2015 Quilcene Parade. Chris is the owner of Serendipity Farm here in Quilcene, at 141 Cemetery Road off Hwy 101 just north of the Quilcene Village Store. Serendipity Farm, a three generation family enterprise, incorporates recreation, conservation and sustainable agriculture.

> Even though they experienced severe storm damage a couple weeks ago, the Serendipity gang welcomes you to come visit and tour the farm. They’ll have pony rides for the children (until the ponies get uncooperative), produce displayed for sale, a walking tour of the farm, the wetlands & stables. Chris says: “We are a family farm, a work in progress. The farm children will be giving a children’s tour of their favorite places on the farm, including animals and their gourd house.”

> On Sunday the 20th Serendipity invites friends and customers to join in a yummy potluck at the end of the tour. Bring something made of farm food and a recipe to share if you like.

> Think of Serendipity as your Home Away From Home for supper on Sunday evening. A great way to celebrate Quilcene!
